    On behalf of our technology client, we are seeking a skilled professional to lead and manage end-to-end global trade flows, including operations, systems, customs, and import/export controls.

     

    This Project Manager, Global Trade Program demands a strategic multitasker who can seamlessly oversee multiple concurrent workstreams while coordinating a globally distributed team.

     

    + **Lead and manage global trade operations** across multiple domains, including trade logistics and operational workflows, systems implementation and optimization, customs compliance and regulatory controls and export documentation and licensing.

    + **Own and drive project planning and execution** for trade-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and compliance requirements.

    + **Manage multiple concurrent workstreams** , balancing priorities and resources across global teams to deliver high-impact results.

    + **Develop and maintain detailed project plans** , including scope, milestones, deliverables, risk assessments, and contingency strategies.

    + **Monitor project progress** , track KPIs, and provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and mitigation strategies

    + A **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Information Systems, or a related field or **7–10 years of progressive experience** in global trade operations and project management.

    + Proven ability to **lead complex, multi-stream projects** , managing timelines, resources, and deliverables across global teams.

    + Deep understanding of **global trade flows** , including operations, systems integration, customs compliance, and import/export controls.

    + Strong grasp of **project management methodologies** (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), with experience in planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

    + Ability to working hours aligned to Pacific Standard Time.

    + The role also requires flexibility to support occasional calls with stakeholders in Malaysia, ensuring smooth cross-border collaboration.

    + Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.

    + Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.

    + Pay Range: $80-85hr.
