    Job Title: Payroll & HR Generalist

    Overview:

    Our client, a well-established manufacturer with multiple divisions, is seeking a Payroll & HR Generalist to manage payroll operations and support HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys working closely with employees across departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Process weekly payroll and manage time clock data

    + Maintain accurate records for PTO, vacation, and sick time

    + Handle 401(k) contributions, loans, and census reporting

    + Administer new hire onboarding, orientation, and safety training

    + Support open enrollment and benefits administration

    + Maintain HR files, I-9s, and compliance documentation

    + Coordinate temporary staffing and track attendance

    + Assist with workers’ compensation reporting and safety initiatives

    + Order office supplies and support general HR operations

    Qualifications:

    + Associate’s degree or 4–6 years of relevant experience

    + Experience with Paycor HRIS/Payroll preferred

    + SHRM certification is a plus

    + Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus, but not required

    + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in both office and factory settings

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.86/hr.
