We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will play a pivotal role in analyzing data, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. The role involves creating measurement systems, reports, and forecasts to support cost, quality, and delivery improvements. You will own key performance indicators and work closely with Business Partners and Senior Leaders to provide essential data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
+ Regularly analyze data, workflow, and processes using numerical and statistical analyses to make quantifiable cost-benefit recommendations for improvement.
+ Create and manage measurement systems, reports, and forecasts to support cost, quality, and delivery.
+ Own key performance indicators and consistently publish results.
+ Conduct advanced data analysis using Power BI and Excel.
+ Compile and reconcile data from multiple sources for Business Partners and Senior Leaders.
+ Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
+ Identify underperforming areas and recommend improvements.
+ Create processes and methods to gather and analyze supply chain data.
+ Develop and maintain centralized tools, including dashboards, for data extraction and insight generation.
+ Gather KPI details, business logic, and data requirements for new dashboards.
+ Translate user requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with IT on data repositories.
+ Visualize data using best practices in dashboarding and refine based on user feedback.
+ Develop and conduct user training for dashboards and analytics platforms to increase adoption.
+ Engineer efficient methods to extract data from legacy systems and automate processes.
+ Perform project management functions for new business implementations.
+ Collaborate with IT professionals to ensure effective system implementation.
+ Enforce global reporting standards and lead efforts for global KPI consistency.
Essential Skills
+ 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Data Analytics.
+ Proficiency in Power BI, including data extraction, cleanup, and management.
+ Experience with SAP and project management.
+ Advanced skills in MS Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
+ Experience in leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
+ Ability to extract data from BI or other DB sources and conduct advanced analytics.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Transportation is a plus.
+ Experience with coding languages, M Code, DAX is advantageous.
+ Professional Certifications such as CLTD, CPIM, or CSCP are preferred.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. You will work in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Fridays once trained. The role is based in Murrysville, with occasional travel to Cranberry Township, approximately 15% of the time.

This is a Contract position based out of Murrysville, Pennsylvania.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
