    Job Summary:

    The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting operational excellence through effective talent management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Employee Relations & Engagement

    + Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

    + Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and conduct investigations as needed.

    + Implement employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.

    + Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

    + Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

    + Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.

    + Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive labor market.

    + Training & Development

    + Assess training needs and coordinate development programs.

    + Support leadership development and succession planning.

    + Ensure compliance training is conducted regularly.

    + Performance Management

    + Lead performance review cycles and coach managers on feedback delivery.

    + Monitor employee performance and support improvement plans.

    + Compliance & Policy Management

    + Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws.

    + Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.

    + Manage audits and reporting requirements.

    + Compensation & Benefits

    + Administer payroll and benefits programs in coordination with finance/payroll teams.

    + Benchmark compensation and recommend adjustments as needed.

    + HR Metrics & Reporting

    + Track and analyze HR KPIs (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training hours).

    + Provide insights and reports to leadership for strategic decision-making.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

    + 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

    + Strong knowledge of labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices.

    + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

    + Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

    + SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/hr.

     

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
