Job Title: Accounts Payable Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. You will play a crucial role in invoice processing and documentation, supporting the integration of accounts payable processes in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

+ Process and document invoices accurately and efficiently.

+ Assist in the integration of accounts payable processes.

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth accounts payable operations.

+ Utilize Oracle systems for accounting tasks.

+ Maintain a high volume of invoice processing, targeting 150 invoices per day.

Essential Skills

+ At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.

+ Proficiency in invoice processing and accounts payable.

+ Experience with Oracle systems.

+ Adaptability to change and a strong desire to embrace technology.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with integration or implementation processes is a significant advantage.

+ Previous experience in a large AP team is beneficial.

Work Environment

This position offers a longer-term, open-ended consulting opportunity within a fast-growing electrical contractor. The role is based in a multi-story office space located in the West End, offering a great atmosphere for those interested in transformation. The work schedule includes four days on-site and one day working from home. A high-volume AP environment using Esker.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr.
