Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Business Partner with a focus on government contracting and international operations. This role requires a proactive professional dedicated to aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and driving HR initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
+ Cultivate strong partnerships across all levels of the organization to ensure HR strategies align with business goals.
+ Engage proactively with stakeholders to integrate HR initiatives into operational plans.
+ Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
+ Serve as the primary HR contact for employees, guiding them through onboarding, promotions, and career development.
+ Promote a positive organizational culture through timely feedback and support.
+ Oversee the implementation of HR programs throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
+ Deliver high-impact HR services tailored to the evolving needs of employees and managers.
+ Continuously assess and improve HR processes to enhance service delivery and ensure compliance with local pay equity standards.
+ Partner with HR Centers of Expertise and HR Operations to support career development and performance conversations.
+ Implement region-specific HR programs focused on performance, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
+ Actively contribute to business execution initiatives and communicate program updates to relevant stakeholders.
Essential Skills
+ 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, particularly in strategic business partnerships within technical environments.
+ Experience in government contracting, specifically in Aerospace or SAT industries.
+ Proven track record in leading complex HR initiatives across global or multi-regional settings.
+ Strong experience in employee relations and performance management for a company size of 3000 employees.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

+ Advanced degrees or professional HR certifications are advantageous.
+ Solid business acumen, especially in technology-driven areas.
+ Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with leaders across functions and geographies.
+ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships.
+ Experience working in multicultural environments with a deep understanding of cultural nuances.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $125000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
