    Job Description:

    This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.

    LOB Description:

    The **Delivery Lead – Technology (Governance)** is responsible for guiding and overseeing project/program management teams' efforts to comply with Bank of America Enterprise Change Management standards. This role provides matrixed leadership across technology delivery stakeholders to ensure prudent change planning, timely evidence collection, proper utilization of QA routines, and accurate upload of evidence for downstream evaluation and audit purposes.

    Responsibilities:

    + Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)

    + Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams

    + Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline

    + Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule

    + Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements

    + Supports resource planning for delivery and execution

    + Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards

    + Facilitate preparation for QA reviews (Internal, GT, ECM) for all relevant change types

    + Devise and maintain strategic, central approach for all pre and post-deploy change standards adherence

    + Oversee evidence assembly and critical GCPAR upload steps to ensure accuracy and completeness

    + Interpret and drive remediation of QA failures to ensure ultimate compliance with Enterprise review

    + Maintain SME knowledge of the bank's change standards through regular training and connection to the GT/CBWT communities of practice

    + Promote standards in evidence gathering, approval procedures and other routines, including training videos where appropriate, to yield standardization and efficiency across teams

    + Provide ongoing coaching to avoid common QA failure points, including remedial training where necessary

    + Serve as EPT ambassadors to the broader CBWT/GT change community

    + Report on EPT compliance metrics to highlight successes and drive continual improvement

    + Partner with enterprise/line of business-wide PMOs to appeal and remediate QA disputes

    + Run forums to foster EPT's change community of practice and answer questions related to the change standards

    + Escalate governance risks that threaten compliance and/or successful project delivery

    + Partner with CBWT and GT Change Leadership on strategic tools and process implementations, including:

    + Identifying and advocating for EPT needs during requirements gathering

    + Leading UAT and coordinating tester participation across impacted EPT roles

    + Escalate risks and concerns to EPT and CBWT leadership that may impede rollout or assimilation

    + Coordinate organization communications, training and adoption

    Required Qualifications

    + 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong mix of technology delivery & business understanding

    + Previous experience in a governance / change management / project delivery role

    + Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and routines

    + Adaptable/flexible to respond to changing business demands

    + Strong relationship building and influencing skills

    + Track record of assuming task ownership and overcoming obstacles to drive efforts to completion

    + Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills - must be able to:

    + Interact productively and collaboratively with team members across multiple locations and time zones

    + Articulate scenarios, challenges and solutions clearly and concisely to influence peers and drive outcomes

    + Engage with senior management / executive level management

    + Ability to learn new tools and skills required to perform the role as well as to understand the business and existing systems

    + Extremely organized and ability to manage multiple parallel sets of responsibilities.

    + Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and PowerPoint), Jira, and SharePoint

    + Self-starter, self-motivated and delivery focused

    + Very good attention to detail and good problem-solving skills

    + Good time management skills
