Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
LOB Description:
+ Looking for Project manager skills with strong Development/engineering background to manage Application governance and RISK/Audit related deliverables.
+ Responsible for application ownership with regard to audit, governance, and maintenance. Manages to timelines and has matrix management responsibility. Build positive give and take relationships with stakeholders. This will require the ability to prioritize, lead work efforts, interact with application leaders, and engage/influence Third Party stakeholders across the company.. This position will also be responsible for responding to audit/regulatory requests, as well as escalating and presenting issues to governance forums as it pertains to Third Party Business Continuity. In addition to this, the individual will be involved preparing the governance documents needed for the new initiatives and enhancements in collaboration with development/test leads, project managers and external vendor partners. This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships across Enterprise Resiliency, Global Procurement, Global Information Security, as well as FLU Third Party oversight programs.
Responsibilities:
+ Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
+ Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
+ Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
+ Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
+ Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
+ Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
+ Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Required Qualifications:
+ 5 years of applicable experience
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies, and systems
+ Detail-oriented and persistent, able to drive complicated tasks through to completion
+ Ability to work in a globally cross functional, collaborative team environment
+ Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity
+ Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work
+ Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience
+ Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision
+ Strong communication skills with ability to communicate well across many stakeholders and experience with senior leader communications.
+ Data driven analytical approach to drive business solutions across the enterprise.
+ Experience in managing multiple and often competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
+ Proven experience in drafting communications and presentation materials intended for senior audiences and regulators.
+ Experience with complaint program elements, including complaint capture, resolution and/or thematic analysis processes
Desired Qualifications:
+ Knowledge of Infrastructure Technology programs and projects, Infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.)
+ Experience with the Continuity Planning Tool (CPT), ARC and Data Restore process, and Third Party Testing process
+ Hands on experience in payment space, especially for the merchants.
+ Hands on experience working with Information Security to ensure vendor application vulnerability remediated
