Job Description:
This job is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to accomplish business outcomes. The job establishes testing scope and coordinates test execution. Key responsibilities of the job include overseeing testing practices ensuring that software is tested to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, conditioning and generating test data, building and executing both manual and automated test suites, recording and communicating the test results, triage defects, and ensuring regression test suites are maintained and well designed.

+ This role is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the role include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. This role codes solutions, unit tests, and ensures the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust and well-tested interfaces.
Responsibilities:
+ Develops detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases based on functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements
+ Leads test planning, usually at a team level. When part of a Scrum team, ensure stories are well refined and contain clear acceptance criteria
+ Leads test case reviews and work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure test coverage
+ Identifies automation opportunities and develop test automation for applicable test types
+ Executes test cases, including manual and automated tests, and record test results
+ Designs test data and ensure data compliance requirements are met on all levels of test environments
+ Uses testing tools and follow processes to complete testing on a given test environment, and perform necessary steps required to promote code base to higher level environments
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of applicable experience
+ Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Java/C#
+ Experience with POSTMAN and executing REST API's
+ Experience with UI automation frameworks
+ Be able to interpret functional requirements and designs to plan, develop, write, execute, and automate functional and data validation test plans.
+ Build re-usable automation tests/test scripts using Selenium with java
+ Execute and evaluate automated test cases and report test results.
+ Review github feature files, branching strategy, maintain github branches
+ Experience have strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
+ Highly detailed oriented.
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience driving quality on complex projects, contributing to design and development approach
+ Able to demonstrate success as a primary tester on multiple projects with expertise implementing, unit testing, debugging and integrating complex code
+ Ensure that all system deliverables meet quality objectives in functionality, performance, stability, security accessibility, and data quality.
+ Experience with the Agile/Scrum methodology.
+ Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Strong willingness & comfort taking on and challenging development approaches.
