• Member Services Representative - $25/HR

    Now Hiring for Member Service Reps!! This position will be paying $25/hr and requiring call center experience. It will be a temporary contract to support open enrollment season and will likely end in late January 2026!!!

    Description

    Answering 50-60 calls/day from those with their insurance plan. They are with a new PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Manager), so everyone will have new cards with new group numbers/IDs, etc. They anticipate that people will have issues with their pharmacies once the switch is made Jan 1, so these call center reps will be answering questions primarily from a script to assist when patients go to fill prescriptions at the pharmacy and need help with their new card.

    MUST HAVES

    1+ year of call center experience

    OR

    1+ year of Healthcare administrative experience

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
