    About the Role

     

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing and resolving claims submitted by customers, transportation, and credit departments. Using a Customer First approach, you will balance customer satisfaction with company interests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues while supporting healthy accounts receivable aging.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Process credits, returns, and debits for customer claims promptly and accurately.

    + Understand the full lifecycle of orders and shipments to effectively troubleshoot issues.

    + Follow up consistently on outstanding claims and RMAs to prevent aging of accounts receivable.

    + Report daily metrics on claim status, including processed and oldest claims.

    + Initiate root cause investigations by collaborating with flagged departments.

    + Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams via phone and email.

    + Identify and report trending issues, assisting in resolution efforts.

    + Build strong cross-functional relationships with credit, transportation, order processing, and shipping teams.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    + High School diploma required.

    + 1–3 years of experience in claims, customer service, or a related field.

    + SAP experience preferred but not required.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
