Description

The Electronic Office supports local companies with small or no IT groups by providing support for their desktop maintenance and deployment/upgrade projects and systems monitoring. Projects include (but aren't limited to) removal of the old hardware, installation of the new hardware and could involve the installation of new peripherals (printers, monitors etc). This role will sit onsite in Asheville at their main office. They are needing this person to be an excellent communicator and troubleshooter. Having experience with ConnectWise is a huge plus in their eyes. The main reason for this position is because they are getting a higher amount of tickets and are needing more people in house to help troubleshoot those.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
