Summary:

We’re looking for a seasoned project manager with a solid foundation in leading large-scale implementations and driving HR process transformation across global, matrixed organizations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven program oversight.

Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 5 years in project management or PMO roles.

+ Experience with HR technology implementations, preferably involving Oracle.

+ Proven ability to manage global programs with diverse stakeholder groups.

+ Advanced proficiency in SmartSheet, including dashboard/report creation and workflow automation.

+ Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and data visualization/reporting tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $73.00/hr.
