TEKsystems is hiring a Commercial Loan Closing Specialist to assist a client in Charlotte, NC.

This position would offer a HYBRID schedule and would start in the next couple of weeks!

Qualifications

- 1+ years' Commercial Real Estate Lending experience- (MUST HAVE)

- Loan Documentation experience

- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks

Job Description

- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables.

- Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Commercial Loan Closing deliverables while leveraging solid

understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

- Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing.

Shift

Monday- Friday- 8:00am-5:00pm EST- office 4 days a week- 1 day working from home!

Pay

$41/hr.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41.00 - $41.00/hr.
