TEKsystems is actively hiring for customer service representatives for a healthcare client in Bloomington, MN!

Start Date: November 3rd

Job Description

+ Handle 50–60 inbound calls daily from members and healthcare providers

+ Answer questions related to claims, benefits, and eligibility with accuracy and empathy

+ Navigate internal systems to verify information and resolve inquiries in real time

+ Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service quality and member satisfaction

+ Participate in team bonding activities and contribute to a positive work culture

+ Maintain professionalism while managing a high-volume call queue

Skills and Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED

+ Previous call center experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
