What You’ll Do:

+ Install, terminate, and dress single-mode fiber optic cabling inside plant environments

+ Route fiber through Chatsworth ladder racks and structured pathways

+ Perform precision testing using EXFO OTDRs and Fluke Networks gear

+ Execute clean, labeled patching to meet strict data center standards

+ Interpret construction drawings, MOPs, and installation guidelines

+ Document test results and cable routing with accuracy

+ Follow safety protocols and industry best practices

What We’re Looking For:

+ Hands-on experience with fiber optic cabling and testing

+ Detail-oriented with a passion for clean installs and proper labeling

+ Familiarity with BICSI, TIA, and hyperscale data center standards

+ Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments

+ OSHA 10/30 and BICSI Installer certifications are a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
