    Richmond Community Services, a leading non-profit provider of support services for individuals with developmental, intellectual, and behavioral disabilities, is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in our Mount Kisco, New York administrative office.

     

    This position will be the first point of contact for employees who have questions and concerns, and therefore must be approachable, an active listener, and generally resourceful. The Human Resources Coordinator will collaborate closely with the HR team, executive leadership, managers, and many others to shape the best possible experience for candidates and existing staff. The ideal candidate is a problem solver, a people lover, a multitasker, a project manager, and a team player who is hungry for a challenge.

    Responsibilities:

    + Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions

    + Perform tasks related to onboarding and employee transitions, including input and maintenance of new hires and rehires in the ADP HRIS system

    + Provide support for recruitment, benefits management, Worker's Compensation Process, Unemployment claims and leave of absence management

    + Respond to requests for Employee Verifications and other individual employee documentation

    + Coordinate and maintain extensive digital and paper filing for the Employee File system and shared departmental files

    + Serve as a liaison between HR and all departments to keep everyone informed of initiatives and activities

    + Support the new hire experience from offer acceptance through onboarding, including but not limited to, initiating the hire in various HR systems

    + Assist in collecting, preparing, and reviewing data for reports, programs, and other formal written communications; ensures that all reports and correspondence achieve a high level of quality

    + Support HR leadership with projects and HR needs

    + Other duties as needed to support the HR department

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources or a related field. Applicable experience will be considered

    + A minimum of two years of relevant Human Resources experience preferred

    + Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
