Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with overall business strategies and marketing priorities.
• Lead the execution and coordination of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including online advertising, SEO, SEM, social media, and events.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign performance and track marketing ROI.
• Develop and execute ABM strategies to maximize engagement and conversion within target accounts.
• Manage ABM platforms and optimize ABM campaigns.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Lead the creation, execution, and coordination of omnichannel marketing campaigns across various channels, including online advertising, website, SEO, SEM, social media, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology tools and platforms to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Manage effective demand generation and lead-nurturing campaigns, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
• Develop a comprehensive system for tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics.
• Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizing strategies and campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and sales and marketing teams, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving demand, pipeline, and ROI metrics reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading digital marketing strategy and execution through organic and paid digital channels, including search, social media, online advertising, and demand generation.
• Expertise in managing ABM platforms (Demandbase preferred) and optimizing ABM campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and marketing metrics & attribution reporting experience.
• Familiarity with Martech tools and systems, such as Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and WordPress.
• Exceptional project management skills
