We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on individual to join our team as a Water Treatment Specialist / Service Technician — someone who takes pride in their work, values customer satisfaction, and enjoys learning technical skills that make a difference in people’s daily lives. Position Summary The Service Technician provides installation, maintenance, and repair services for Culligan water treatment equipment. You’ll work directly with customers to diagnose issues, perform maintenance, and ensure their systems run at peak performance. We provide hands-on training, a supportive team environment, and all the tools you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities * Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to repair water treatment systems efficiently and effectively * Install, upgrade, and maintain residential and commercial Culligan equipment * Complete all service documentation accurately and promptly * Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in excellent condition * Assist with deliveries, product installation, and other field support as needed * Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers to ensure a positive experience * Follow all company safety guidelines and Culligan service standards Qualifications & Requirements * High school diploma or GED required * Mechanical aptitude or technical experience preferred * Plumbing, electrical, or HVAC experience is a plus * Clean driving record (must be insurable) * Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and WorkSTEPS assessment * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Self-motivated and dependable with a strong work ethic * Willingness to learn — we’ll train the right person!
