What You’ll Do:

+ Guide members through the loan process—from application to closing—while delivering exceptional service and proven sales results.

+ Conduct personalized interviews to understand and fulfill members’ current and future financial needs.

+ Process consumer loan applications and close loans with confidence, offering relevant products and services.

+ Handle all member service transactions with professionalism and care.

+ Build lasting relationships with members, becoming a trusted financial resource.

+ Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulations.

+ Meet and exceed individual sales goals, including consumer loan origination targets.

+ Complete all necessary certifications and registrations to stay sharp and compliant.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

+ 2+ years of customer service experience in retail or corporate settings.

+ Solid experience with Microsoft Office and general computer navigation.

+ High school diploma or GED.

+ Background in sales and familiarity with banking products (checking, savings, credit cards).

+ Ideal candidates may have experience as a personal banker, bank teller, or member services rep.

+ Comfortable using tools like Salesforce and email platforms.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
