Senior Java Developer

Job Description:

Concentrix is looking for an experienced Lead/Senior Java Spring Boot Developer with a strong background in backend development, cloud-native application architecture, and hands-on expertise in DevOps tools and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities:

+ Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices using **Java Spring Boot** .

+ Work with **PostgreSQL** for efficient data modeling and persistence.

+ Deploy and manage applications on **AWS EKS (Kubernetes)** , ideally with experience using **AWS Conductor** .

+ Utilize **GitLab CI/CD pipelines** as part of the development and deployment process.

+ Collaborate with frontend developers and content teams integrating with **AEM** (Adobe Experience Manager), especially React-based web components.

+ Implement and manage APIs using **Envoy API Proxy** .

+ Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve system performance and stability.

+ Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and team collaboration.

Required Skills:

+ Strong hands-on experience with **Java** and **Spring Boot** frameworks.

+ Proficiency with **PostgreSQL** or similar relational databases.

+ Experience deploying and scaling applications in **AWS EKS** (or Kubernetes generally).

+ Familiarity with **GitLab CI/CD** pipelines and DevOps practices.

+ Exposure to **AEM** (especially in context with React-based frontends).

+ Knowledge of **Envoy** or similar API gateway/proxy solutions.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 - $144,964 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
