    Job Title: Catacel Production Operator

     

    Type: Contract

     

    Compensation: $20/Hour

     

    Contractor Work Model: Onsite

     

    Hours: 6-2:30pm

    Responsibilities

    + Perform coating and assembly operations following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

    + Monitor and record product quality throughout the production process.

    + Report deviations from established product standards to supervisors.

    + Operate basic hand and power tools in a chemical plant environment.

    + Maintain safe work practices, proper use of PPE, and good housekeeping standards.

    + Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Assist with other production or support tasks as needed.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent required.

    + 2–3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

    + Basic computer and data entry skills.

    + Familiarity with 5S principles preferred.

    + Willingness to train and operate a forklift.

    + Must wear PPE (safety shoes, glasses, gloves, long sleeves).
