• Human Resources Generalist

    System One (Tulsa, OK)


    System One is assisting a Tulsa client with a search for an experienced HR Generalist to support a broad range of HR functions including benefits, employee relations, compliance, payroll and HR systems. This role serves as a key resource for employees and leadership, helping to ensure smooth HR operations and a positive workplace culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Administer employee benefits and leave programs

    + Support payroll processing and HRIS data management

    + Address employee inquiries and assist with investigations

    + Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies

    + Generate reports and support audits

    + Collaborate on process improvements and system enhancements

    Qualifications:

    + 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or business partner role

    + Familiarity with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.)

    + Experience with payroll and HRIS systems

    + Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

     

    Salary: $65K - $75K
