Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative for an evolving position within our home care agency. The ideal candidate will have proven experience converting digital leads into paying clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through community outreach, relationship building, and client acquisition. This role involves educating families, healthcare professionals, and referral partners about our services, and guiding potential clients through the decision-making process with empathy and professionalism. Key Responsibilities * Professionally and confidently call potential clients to introduce our services and build trust. * Qualify leads and schedule in-home safety assessments to understand client needs. * Demonstrate a proven ability to generate leads, manage a sales territory, and nurture relationships with new and existing referral partners. * Identify, develop, and manage referral sources such as hospitals, senior centers, rehabilitation facilities, physicians, and community organizations. * Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and community events to promote awareness of our home care services. * Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective clients and families; assess their needs and present personalized care solutions. * Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and track all sales activities through CRM tools. * Collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional client experience. * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for growth and client acquisition. * Stay current on industry trends, senior care resources, and dementia care best practices. * Represent the company with professionalism, compassion, and integrity. Qualifications * Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in healthcare, senior care, or related service industries. * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Ability to balance sales targets with a client-first, compassionate approach. * Knowledge of senior care, dementia care, or healthcare referral networks (preferred). * Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. * Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Requirements * Willingness to travel up to 25% for site visits, community events, and client appointments. * Flexible schedule to accommodate organizational needs and priorities. * Proficiency in using standard office equipment, including computers, laptops, telephones, and photocopiers. Compensation & Benefits * Hourly Rate: $18.25 - $23.25 / hour * Incentive: $300 for each converted lead with a minimum of 30 hours of care * Additional performance-based bonuses * Strong potential to grow from part-time into a full-time position * Travel time & mileage * Phone stipend What We need from You * Reliable transportation * Past employment verification * License/Certification Requirement (if needed)
