JOB PURPOSE:

Seeking energetic, friendl, service driven server. Full Service Restaurant server to be the face of the dining experience. Attentive,Knowledgeable, and personalized service to each guest.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Greet guests promptly and warmly - positive first impression

+ Present menus, answer questions and make thoughtful recommendations

+ Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter in POS system

+ Deliver food and drinks timely and professionally

+ check in with guests throughout the meal to ensure satisfaction

+ Handle guest concerns prefessionally and escalate issues to management as needed

+ Clear and reset tables efficiently between guests

+ Process Payments and than guests upon departure

Close relationship with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

+ 18+ and meet any legan requirements for alcohol service in your state

+ Prior experience in a fullservice or upscale restaurant preferred

+ Multitasking and time management abilities

+ Professional Demeanor

+ Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift upt to 25 lbs

+ A genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences.
