Shift Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm

At Lineage, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the equipment and systems that keep our cold storage facilities running 24/7. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve the mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems that power our operation — including hands-on work with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems essential to our success.

Key Responsibilities

+ Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems to ensure reliable operation.

+ Perform preventive maintenance on ammonia, CO₂, and Freon refrigeration systems, upholding strict safety and compliance standards.

+ Troubleshoot and repair material handling equipment and facility control systems.

+ Document maintenance activities and communicate updates to leadership.

+ Maintain a safe, organized workspace and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

+ 1+ year of experience or trade school training in facility, equipment, or refrigeration maintenance (ammonia, CO₂, Freon).

+ Hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.

+ Ammonia refrigeration certifications (e.g., RETA, IIAR, or equivalent) are a plus.

+ Skilled with hand and power tools; basic computer proficiency.

+ Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

+ Able to lift 50 lbs and work in cold or warm environments (-20°F to 100°F).

+ Flexible availability, including weekends or overtime as needed.
