The Center for Health Equity (CHE) Coordinator provides administrative support for the Center for Health Equity, including support for the Chief Health Equity Officer, VP of Corporate Culture, and the AVP of Employee Engagement. The CHE Coordinator is responsible for managing a variety of CHE projects, programs, and administrative functions in the department.
As part of the essential functions of this role, the CHE Coordinator:
+ Manages administrative functions including department calendars, placing orders, scheduling meetings/taking meeting minutes, phone and mail duties, and budget oversight
+ Coordinates project management for the Center for Health Equity, including leading and managing detailed project plans, schedules and stakeholder collaborations, and ensuring all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and align with the organization’s core values and goals
+ Acts as the leader for Evergreen’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by implementing systems to track and report outcomes for ERGs, monitoring their budgets, and providing guidance to the leadership of each group
+ Coordinates the Center for Health Equity’s involvement in community events and activities
Qualified candidate will have a an Associate degree, with Bachelor’s degree preferred; at least 5 years experience in a clerical support/customer service role, with an additional 2 years experience in budget management, project management using p.m. software, and ERG management strongly preferred; excellent verbal and written communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills; awareness of and sensitivity to the issues and health disparities faced by underserved populations is essential.
Education : Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: Five (5) years of administrative experience in a clerical support or customer service role required; Two (2) years of experience in budget management, project management using p.m. software (such as Monday.com), and ERG management strongly preferred
