    Job Description

    As the **Senior Program Manager** , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design-development of various design-build projects. This role requires a dedicated professional capable of managing internal staff and coordinating with external staff in an Owner's Representative role on a highly complex mega project program. The Deputy Program Manager will report to the Senior Program Manager and work with other internal program and project teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and program-level management for multiple design-build projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget constraints, and schedule requirements.

    + Represent the Owner in all phases of the design-build process, acting as liaison with design-builder and program stakeholders.

    + Collaborate with the design-build team to develop and implement efficient project plans and strategies.

    + Review design and construction documents to ensure alignment with Owner’s requirements, basis of design, and AHJ regulations and requirements.

    + Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships by offering consistent updates.

    + Conduct site visits, as needed, to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality standards.

    + Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all project sites and operations..

    + Collaborate with the design-builder to identify opportunities for process improvement, value engineering, and innovation in the design-build delivery process.

    + Manage and facilitate stakeholder engagement through regular communication, progress reporting, and presentations.

    + Provide independent review of design modification requests.

    + Ensure proper project closeout, commissioning, and handover to owner operations.

    Qualifications

    Minimum Requirements:

    + BA/BS plus ten years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.

    Preferred Requirements:

    + Experience with healthcare facility construction.

    + Experience working in active facilities.

    + Experience with management and oversight of field activities, management of field staff, coordination with contractors. Must also be strong with administrative, management, and organizational skills.

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills.
