They oversee the day-to-day administrative duties to ensure the seamless functioning of the record corrections program. They manage all sealed files in the office, including the sealing, storing, and requesting of these files. They are proficient in a range of software programs and have experience in database management. This position involves correcting and updating crucial events. Additionally, the role involves assisting in troubleshooting various issues with the State’s database management system and providing guidance on the online amendment system. They prepare forms and security paper to county Cleark and Recorders and data providers as requested.
