Job Title: IT Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT PMO Project Manager to join our IT Project Management Office. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the processes, tools, and governance frameworks that support successful IT project delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate will also assist in project execution and be responsible for tracking project status, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals. These projects focus on, but are not limited to, System Implementations and Enhancements, Infrastructure, Acquisitions, Automations and Operational Improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Process & Governance Development
+ Design, implement, and continuously improve IT project management processes and governance standards.
+ Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
+ Facilitate project audits and post-implementation reviews.
+ Tool Implementation & Management
+ Evaluate, deploy, and maintain project management tools and platforms.
+ Provide training and support to project teams on tool usage and reporting.
+ Project Execution Support
+ Collaborate with project teams to support planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives.
+ Assist in resource allocation, risk management, and issue resolution.
+ Monitoring & Reporting
+ Track and report on project progress, risks, and deliverables across the IT portfolio.
+ Develop dashboards and executive-level reports to communicate project health and performance.
+ Maintain centralized documentation and project artifacts.
+ Stakeholder Engagement
+ Act as a liaison between IT, business units, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.
+ Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 5+ years of experience in IT project management or PMO roles.
+ Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines
+ Experience with SharePoint and Power BI or other automation tool
+ Strong understanding of IT concepts, including hardware, software, and networking
+ Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
+ Experience with Osmose’s systems and processes is recommended
+ Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
+ PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification preferred.
