Job Description

The Cycle Counter position is responsible for the monitoring of the inventory accuracy within a warehouse environment. Accuracy is maintained and improved by completing daily cycle counts and preforming root cause analysis of inventory deviations.

Daily tasks:

+ Cycle count inventory following stocktaking procedures.

+ Understand and comply with Bosch stocktaking directives.

+ Conduct root cause analysis for inventory deviations.

+ Communicate to warehouse personnel and finance department findings of material counts.

+ Maybe required to cross-train on other functions within the team.

+ Perform other essential and related duties as may be necessary.

+ Operation of industrial equipment, including order picker and forklift on occasion.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or GED from a accredited institution.

+ +1 years of warehouse experience.

+ +1 years of computer data entry experience.

+ +1 years of forklift operation experience.

+ Able to operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment or have the ability to obtain qualification to do so.

+ +1 years of cycle count experience.

+ Microsoft office i.e. excel, outlook, MS teams, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Demonstrated high degree of accuracy when transcribing and entering of numerical information into SAP.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

+ Demonstrated good interpersonal and organizational skills.
