    We are looking for an amazing Senior Project Manager, Revenue Management and Market Performance. The position is responsible for leading high-impact projects that drive commercial growth and optimize revenue streams across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives that support business objectives and enhance financial performance. They will lead the execution of complex, multi-workstream initiatives aligned with the strategic priorities of the Commercial organization with direction from the Vice President, Revenue Management and Market Performance. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills to manage international stakeholders, drive operational efficiency, and ensure timely delivery. The position plays a critical role in enhancing business outcomes through strategic execution, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

    Project Leadership & Execution:

    Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional and international teams.

     

    Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and ensure delivery within scope.

     

    Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

     

    Mentor junior team members by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth to empower them to contribute

    Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

    Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders.

     

    Manage relationships with international partners, adapting to cultural and time zone differences.

     

    Executive Level Coordination and Reporting - prepare executive status updates, dashboards, and other reporting tools that highlight progress, risks, and recommendations to support executive-level decision-making with timely insights and recommendations

     

    Documentation & Decision Tracking

     

    Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters/scope documents, meeting notes, and decision logs.

     

    Track decisions and action items to ensure accountability and timely resolution.

     

    Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

     

    Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows and project delivery practices.

     

    Contribute to the development of project management standards and best practices.

     

    Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the VP’s portfolio.

     

    Financial & Strategic Support

     

    Assist in revenue management, forecasting, and performance tracking.

     

    Align project outcomes with financial goals and contribute to strategic planning.

    Responsibilities

    Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).

     

    Familiarity with revenue management principles and financial planning.

     

    Awareness of global business practices and cross-cultural dynamics, especially in international stakeholder environments.

     

    Industry knowledge in cruise, hospitality, or travel sectors (preferred but not required).

     

    Advanced project planning, execution, and risk management.

     

    Strong documentation and decision-tracking capabilities.

     

    Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).

     

    Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.

     

    Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication tailored to executive and cross-functional audiences.

    Problem solving:

    The role requires strategic thinking to align project goals with business objectives and anticipate challenges before they arise. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are essential for interpreting data, identifying risks, and making informed decisions. The ability to collaborate across functions and cultures, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing conditions ensures successful project delivery in a dynamic, global environment.

    • Lead by example by ‘respecting and protecting’ the health and safety of yourself and others

    • Ensure your team and colleagues speak up report all accidents, ‘near miss’ incidents and work related ill health conditions

    • Help your team follow HESS rules and procedures by promoting the HESS Golden Rules

    • Attend HESS training & conduct risk assessments where required

    • Demonstrate HESS leadership in accordance with our Heroes of Safe & Well program

    Requirements

    • Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects, with at least 3 years in commercial or revenue management roles

    • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

    • PMP certification preferred.• Understanding of commercial strategy, pricing, or revenue management

    • Background in the cruise industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage international stakeholders and navigate cross-cultural dynamics.

    • Ability to thrive in a matrixed environment, while managing and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.

    •Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
