Your Key Responsibilities

+ Lead and develop maintenance staff, and ensure proper execution of maintenance and repair of production machines in a segment or facility equipment for plant buildings as assigned.

+ Ensure adherence to standards, guidelines and processes to ensure safe and effective utilization of machines and equipment.

+ Plan, schedule and maintain principle maintenance programs with respect to specific maintenance cycles.

+ Monitor effectiveness of maintenance and repair activities, coordinate respective resources and processes.

+ Support Maintenance Technicians, and ensure achievement of agreed performance standards.

+ Manage service provider and continuously check for achievements of service level agreed, if required.

Your Qualifications

+ Journeyman certification or Associates degree with minimum of five years of experience

+ Advanced production knowledge and experience

+ Superior mechanical ability

+ SAP & Microsoft Office

+ Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)

+ Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results

+ Ability to prioritize and make decisions

+ External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
