We’re hiring a **Supply Planner H&O–** **Home & Office in Cabazon, CA** . This role is responsible for developing and managing production schedules, inventory strategies, and capacity plans to support national distribution of our 5-gallon product line. The planner will work closely with internal teams, and branch operations to ensure product availability, optimize warehouse space, and maintain service levels

Compensation: $82,477-$97,967
Responsibilities
• Maintaining inventory levels using days-on-hand and inventory turns metrics
• Generating stock transfer orders and coordinating product availability across branches
• Monitoring warehouse capacity and initiating corrective actions
• Performing capacity assessments and developing utilization plans
• Supporting deployment and raw material scheduling as needed
• Collaborating with Production Planners, Raw Material Handlers, and logistics teams
• Preparing detailed reports including schedule attainment, supply plans, and loading
schedules
• Developing short- and long-term capacity models to support budgeting
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent experience), required
• 3–5 years of experience in production or raw material planning within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, required
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), required
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, required
• Demonstrated teamwork and proven track record of team engagement
• Must work well with others and engage cross-department accountability
• Proven ability to lead and engage teams in a changing environment
• Ability to handle multiple people and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work accurately and quickly to adhere to daily deadlines
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
