We are a 24-bed acute care critical access hospital serving the Florida Parishes region of Southeast Louisiana. We offer a wide range of services, including general surgery and a 24-hour emergency department. GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 1-3 to join our team!
The incumbent in this position will be responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment and timely distribution of goods.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
+ Answers multi-line telephone or switchboards, giving routine information and screening calls.
+ Greets visitors.
+ Receives, sorts, and distributes mail.
+ Collects and prepares for processing time and attendance sheets for department or office.
+ Performs routine filing of documents and maintains filing systems.
+ Copies and/or distributes correspondence, reports, and other documents.
+ Receives cash, checks, credit cards, vouchers, or departmental charges from customers and/or employees in payment for goods or services.
+ May operate various office equipment (such as copy machine, calculator) that requires no special knowledge or previous training.
+ May deliver and pick-up various materials.
+ Performs related duties as assigned.
Position-Specific Details:
About this job: The Administrative Coordinator 1, 2 or 3 is a Career Progression Group (CPG). The level of hire depends on the level of experience. Please make sure to list all work history and detailed job duties on the application.
Work Location: This Administrative Coordinator 1-3 position is located in the Warehouse.
Work Hours: Monday -Friday 8am-4:30pm.
