WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
We’re seeking a **Quality Engineer** to play a key role in driving quality across our operations. Reporting to the **VP of Quality** , you’ll help shape and implement our enterprise-wide **Quality Management System (QMS)** — ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across multiple facilities. You’ll partner with plant and corporate teams to investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and deliver lasting improvements that strengthen our manufacturing performance.
A highlight of your day-to-day will include:
+ Leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company-wide Quality Management System (QMS).
+ Conducting on-site quality investigations, facilitating root cause analyses, and guiding corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
+ Establishing and managing document control and process documentation systems.
+ Collaborating with plant teams to implement solutions and ensuring effectiveness through follow-up and verification.
+ Overseeing and coordinating Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and CAPA reviews.
+ Analyzing and communicating quality trends, metrics, and best practices across business units.
+ Preparing technical reports and documentation supporting ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Civil, or Quality Engineering (or related field).
+ 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable influencing across all organizational levels.
+ Skilled in technical writing, documentation management, and cross-functional collaboration.
+ Prior experience in a Quality Department preferred.
+ Familiarity with **ISO 9000** standards or equivalent quality systems (certification a plus).
