    Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

     

    Contract Length: 30 weeks (2025–2026 School Year)

     

    Hours: 40 hours/week

     

    Setting: ESN (Extensive Support Needs) Classroom

     

    Grade Level: 3rd–5th Grade

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Moderate/Severe Special Education Teacher to join the team at Murray Manor Elementary. This in-person role includes full classroom teaching responsibilities and case management for a class of 12 students, supported by a team of at least three paraprofessionals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Deliver specialized instruction in an ESN classroom setting

    + Manage IEPs and provide case management

    + Collaborate with support staff and related service providers

    + Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

    Requirements:

    + Valid Special Education Teaching Credential (Moderate/Severe)

    + Prior experience in a school-based setting

    + Must be available for interview prior to placement

    Compensation:

    + Local Pay Rate: $60–$70/hour

    + Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 for qualified candidates

    + Travel Pay: Available upon request
