    Inbound Customer Support and Sales - WFH (Must Live in IL)

     

    $17.00/hr. plus quarterly bonus up to $1200

     

    Must live within a 100-mile radius of Chicago, Illinois or South Jordan, UT

     

    PrincePerelson is hiring Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join a growing company that operates multiple consumer lending brands. As part of our Application Support Team, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process.

    Responsibilities:

    + **Effectively manage incoming calls, assisting customers in navigating the loan application process**

    + **Educate customers by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of Enova's products and services**

    + **Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan application**

    + **Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication**

    + **Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information**
