    We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Reliability Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on both new development programs and supporting failure investigations during the production of high-reliability applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering principles and practices, with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. This position may require travel up to 10%.

     

    + Conduct Failure Modes, Effects, and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) to identify potential failure points and assess their impact on system performance.

    + Perform Part Stress Analysis to evaluate component reliability under various operating conditions.

    + Lead Reliability Analysis efforts to ensure products meet stringent reliability requirements throughout their lifecycle.

    + Facilitate Failure Review Boards (FRBs) to analyze failure data and recommend corrective actions. - Implement Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) processes to track and resolve reliability issues.

    + Conduct overstress analysis to determine the effects of extreme conditions on product performance.

    + Provide Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) support for production failures, ensuring thorough investigation and resolution.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate reliability considerations into product design and development processes.

    + Travel to suppliers, customers, or other Honeywell facilities in support of reliability engineering activities.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is preferred; a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) will also be considered.

    + At least 6 years of relevant hardware engineering experience in reliability engineering, test engineering, or quality engineering, with a proven track record of supporting high-reliability applications.

    + Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reliability assessment methodologies.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
