Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Contract Length: 36 weeks

Hours: 40 hours/week

Setting: Special Education Classroom

Grade Level: Kindergarten – 8th Grade

Position Overview:

Classical Academy Vista is seeking a qualified and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services to K–8 students in a special education setting. This is a full-time, in-person position requiring comfort and experience working within special education classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct speech and language assessments

+ Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

+ Deliver direct therapy services to students

+ Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

+ Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking

Requirements:

+ Active California SLP License

+ Valid California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential

+ Prior school-based experience required

+ Must be comfortable working in special education environments

Compensation:

+ Local Pay Rate: $75-$80/hour

+ Travel Weekly Pay: $3,155
