    What You’ll Bring:

    + A current Occupational Therapist license through the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH)

    + Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

    + Must be at least 18 years old

    + High School diploma or equivalent

    + Current CPR certification (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of practice

    + Graduate of an accredited school or program of Occupational Therapy

    + One (1) year of prior professional Occupational Therapy experience preferred

    + Current CPR (if applicable)

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
