Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 13 weeks (with likelihood of extension)
Shift: Evenings, 40 Hours/Wk. (5x8 hour shifts)
PayRate: Up to $2,101.00/Wk.
About the Role:
AmergisHealthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated Long-Term Care RN to providecompassionate, high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing orrehabilitation setting. This role focuses on maintaining patient dignity,promoting independence, and ensuring continuity of care for individuals withchronic conditions or recovery needs.
Key Responsibilities:
+ · Deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
+ · Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
+ · Monitor and document changes in residents’ conditions; communicateconcerns to physicians and families.
+ · Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care delivery.
+ · Maintain compliance with state regulations, infection control standards,and facility policies.
+ · Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families.
Qualifications:
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (PointClickCare or similar preferred).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
