    Amergis Healthcare is a trusted provider of healthcare staffing solutions, connecting skilled professionals with impactful roles across the country. We are currently seeking a Primary Care LPN for a full-time assignment at a clinic in Boston, MA.

    Position Summary:

    The Primary Care LPN will provide direct patient care in a busy outpatient clinic setting. This role involves supporting clinical workflows, assisting providers, and ensuring high-quality care delivery to patients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage patient flow through the clinic, including intake and rooming.

    + Obtain and document patient complaints, health history, and vital signs.

    + Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.

    + Administer medications and vaccinations as directed by providers.

    + Assist with care coordination, follow-up calls, and patient education.

    + Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).

    + Support providers in implementing treatment plans and clinical protocols.

    Qualifications:

    + Active LPN license in Massachusetts.

    + Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or outpatient setting.

    + Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation.

    + Strong communication and organizational skills.

    + Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

    Schedule & Duration:

    Full-time hours, Monday through Friday. Specific schedule and contract duration will be discussed during the interview process.
