Project Manager - Process Automation

CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Process Automation position for our client in Phoenix, AZ.
**Duration:** 12 months
Responsibilities:
+ Lead RPA pilot engagements, managing resources, priorities, and deliverables in a matrix environment.
+ Build client relationships, conduct executive workshops, and address RPA adoption hurdles.
+ Apply automation technologies, AI/GenAI, and business case development to deliver solutions.
+ Use cloud-based collaborative delivery platforms (e.g., IDCP) and IBM Consulting Advantage for consistent, repeatable results.
+ Manage multiple tasks, mitigate risks, and adapt quickly to dynamic situations.
Required Skills:
+ Microsoft Office Suite, OneDrive, SharePoint
+ AI & Data Analytics
+ Strong negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent executive-level communication
Experience:
+ Leading complex programs in dynamic environments
+ Supporting cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities independently
+ Applying technical/business expertise to identify impacts and develop mitigation plans
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
