CTG is seeking to fill a Business Analyst - ADM position for our client in Grand Forks, ND.

**Duration:** 12 months

Duties:

+ Partner with business and technical teams to define, prioritize, and deliver digital product features.

+ Conduct research and customer journey mapping to inform requirements.

+ Write clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for Agile teams.

+ Drive creation of seamless, converged digital experiences across platforms.

+ Ensure business alignment and continuous improvement throughout development.

Skills:

+ Strong Agile and product ownership expertise.

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficient in requirement gathering and documentation.

+ Experience managing digital product lifecycles and UX-focused initiatives.

+ Familiarity with telecom industry preferred.

Experience:

+ 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in Agile environments.

+ Proven success delivering B2B or telecom digital solutions.

+ Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

Education:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field required; advanced degree or certification (CBAP, CSPO, PMI-ACP) preferred.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
