    Marketing Associate – B2B Marketing

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Plan and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, webinars, and video

    + Design and produce media kits, promotional materials, landing pages, and digital ads

    + Write compelling marketing copy that engages audiences and drives action

    + Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to support client revenue growth

    + Track and analyze campaign performance, sharing insights to optimize future campaigns

    + Participate in client meetings and events as needed (up to 10% travel)

     

    What Makes You a Fit

     

    + 1–3 years of B2B marketing experience, including copywriting, design, and campaign execution

    + Strong project management skills with a knack for organization and detail

    + Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment

    + Clear, confident communicator with a creative mindset

    + Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva

    + Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketing Cloud

    + Portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and marketing collateral

     

    Bonus Points

     

    + Experience in publishing, advertising, or sponsorships

    + Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems

    + Basic HTML, CSS, or JavaScript knowledge

    + Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills

Smithbucklin considers several factors when determining compensation, including a candidate's recent coursework, training, experience, and certifications, among other considerations. The expected pay for this role is $50k - $53k.
