Job Summary
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Software Engineer to join our team and drive innovation in our cloud-based test platform used in manufacturing for storage products testing. This is a unique opportunity to blend cutting-edge AI capabilities with robust cloud infrastructure while making a direct impact on product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
Responsibilities
+ Design, develop, and maintain our cloud-based test platform for storage product manufacturing
+ Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance testing intelligence, predictive analytics, and automation
+ Architect scalable cloud solutions that support high-volume manufacturing test operations
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and product engineering
+ Optimize platform performance, reliability, and scalability
+ Implement best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
+ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making
Technical Skills
+ AI/ML Development: Strong knowledge in AI model development, integration, and deployment in production environments
+ Cloud Platforms: Strong expertise in cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
+ Programming Languages: Strong C#, C++, or Java skills for application and web service development
+ Experience with JavaScript primarily Node.js and Python
+ Experience with SQL database stored procedures, administration, and design
+ Full stack experience a plus

+ Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
+ Ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional environments
+ Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in manufacturing or test automation environments
+ Knowledge of storage systems and storage product testing
+ Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
+ Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
+ Background in microservices architecture
+ Understanding of test methodologies and quality assurance processes
Education
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of years of software development experience with at least 3 years in cloud-based solutions
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 159,800 - 237,600 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
