What You’ll Do
As a Dispatcher at JD Service Now you will be an integral part of our operations team, responsible for coordinating and dispatching technicians to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers. Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations will contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Efficiently schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service technicians to customer locations.
+ Prioritize service calls based on urgency and customer needs.
+ Communicate with customers to provide updates on technician arrival times.
+ Collaborate with field technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and timely job completion.
+ Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules.
+ Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or service-related issues.
+ Provide exceptional customer service and support to address inquiries and concerns.
