    Job Description

    We’re seeking a strategic and execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end content deployment across retailer platforms and our client’s owned .com properties. This role is heavily project management-oriented and requires a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, SEO, and GEO targeting. The ideal candidate will be both a subject matter expert and a hands-on project manager, ensuring content is delivered effectively and aligned with business goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage end-to-end content deployment across retailer sites and client's .com/.ca platforms.

     

    - Lead cross-functional project management efforts to ensure timely and accurate execution of digital initiatives.

     

    - Apply SEO and GEO strategies to optimize content visibility and performance. Own and lead SEO strategy, including: roadmap deliverables, keyword research and search behavior analysis, reporting and technical site audits, competitive landscape assessments, and on-page optimization.

     

    - Serve as a subject matter expert in digital marketing, guiding best practices across teams.

     

    - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure content quality and consistency. Articulate new page deployments (Next Gen, formerly Voyager)

     

    - Collaborate with Agency and Creative Team to A/B test creative assets to maximize conversion. .com / .ca

     

    - Monitor and report on content performance, identifying opportunities for optimization.

     

    - Support localization and translation efforts for regional content deployment.

     

    - Recommend new content to drive brand advocacy, product education, and customer engagement, informed by industry trends and competitive analysis.

    Compensation:

    $48-52/hour

     

    Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

     

    Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    - Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce Management or equivalent.

     

    - 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or eCommerce.

     

    - Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.

     

    - Solid understanding of SEO, GEO targeting, digital content best practices, and how digital strategies impact content effectiveness.

     

    - Experience working with retailer platforms; Amazon experience is a plus but not required.

     

    - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
