Job Description
A medical device client is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join their Revenue Enablement organization and serve as the liaison for the business at the intersection of strategic enablement + technology. The ideal candidate will have a background in the medical device industry, deep expertise in Salesforce and other enterprise systems, and a strong strategic voice able to drive innovation within the product roadmap. This resource will support a range of digital products within the Neuromodulation business from conception to deliverables working alongside business and technology teams. Highly preferred soft skills include strong communication + negotiation skills, ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels, adaptability to insights, and strategic critical thinking. This opportunity is a full-time permanent position and hybrid, sitting either in Valencia, CA or Marlborough, MA.

Skills and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 5+ years of professional Product Management experience with focus on digital products
• Experience working within Medical Device field
• Deep expertise within Salesforce and other commercial enterprise systems • MBA or other advanced degree
• Prior experience working within Commercial Excellence, Revenue Ops, or Digital Enablement
• Well versed in modern SDLC best practices + agile methodologies
• Experience with Neuromodulation, MedTech, or Life Sciences more broadly
• Enterprise level Sales Operations, Marketing, or Digital experience
